My first hit was that it
would take a lot of time to paint those colors on the birds, and second
take was that the people whose ugly little self-important scribbles got
painted over might get miffed at the artist.
But if I owned a wall and it got tagged, I'd be happy to permit an artist like that to dis the scum that sprays paint like dogs spray piss by painting over it while leaving enough of it to show the world what cheap useless spray painters they are.
It's beautiful, what that artist did. Lightly danced paint over ego piss to contrast free public art and ego piss.
